About

We've been on the inside. Now we run the outside.

Origin

Built from 14 years inside the problem.

Founder, 43to.one

43to.one was built from a simple observation: most global companies entering Vietnam spend their first six months building a team they don't actually need. Hiring takes time. Onboarding takes more. And by the time the team is functional, the market window has shifted.

Our founder, Ron Nguyen, spent 14 years inside that problem, building operations from scratch across Web3, fintech, and tech in Vietnam. Prior to founding 43to.one, Ron built BlockPR into Southeast Asia's leading blockchain PR agency, working with exchanges, DeFi protocols, and fintech companies navigating Vietnam's regulatory environment.

There's a version of expertise that comes from reading. And a version that comes from not leaving when things got difficult.

Ron Nguyen, Founder

He watched companies burn budget on headcount before they had proof the market would respond. Then he ran an experiment: instead of building a team, outsource execution to pre-vetted operators and manage the output directly. Faster to deploy, easier to control, and a fraction of the cost. That's the model 43to.one is built on.

Mission

We exist to give global companies a real operating presence in Vietnam, coordinated by one accountable local team instead of assembled piece by piece.

A unit that installs, runs, and delivers your Vietnam operation from day one.

Vision

To give every serious Web3 and fintech company entering Vietnam a real shot at getting the market right, without the usual waste.

Client timeline

From first call to live Vietnam community team: 9 days.

A Web3 protocol expanding into Southeast Asia needed a local community operation running before their token launch window closed. No time to hire. No time to onboard. They needed operators who already knew the ground.

Day 1 - Strategy call and market brief
Day 3 - Compliance posture reviewed
Day 6 - Community managers and BD connectors matched
Day 9 - Live operation. Telegram community running.

The way we work

Senior strategy. Pre-built execution. No bloat.

We run lean by design. A core team handles strategy, oversight, and client relationships directly. Every engagement gets senior attention from the first call to the final report. You always know who is responsible, what is being done, and why.

No layers, no handoffs, no junior team members you've never spoken to running your Vietnam operation.

When you work with 43to.one, you get direct senior involvement in strategy and oversight, and a pre-built team running execution from week one.
